I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The atmosphere was so welcoming and chill, just what I needed for my vacation. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and nightlife. The hostel itself was super clean and well-maintained. The showers were nice, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. I especially loved the free oranges available all day for making fresh juice. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

I couldn't believe how helpful the staff at El Jostel were. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, even doing my laundry and hanging it up when it was raining. I stayed at El Jostel for a month, using it as a base to explore Tenerife while working online. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The hostel had a cozy and homely atmosphere, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, close to supermarkets, bus stations, and shopping areas. The terrace was a great place to socialize, and the free towels and all-day breakfast were a nice touch. The fast and reliable WiFi made it easy for me to work. a wonderful experience!

The owners beautifully restored an antique house and made it the perfect place to stay. They are the nicest people in the island, always willing to help you. The hostel is luminous, clean, cosy. Super nice stuff. Perfect location, supermarkets, bus stations, shopping area. And just 5 minutes to the port in case you arrive by ship. Very clean. Nice terrace where people could meet and chat. They even changed the bed sheet after 2 days and made my bed. Free towels. Breakfast was all day available. I could grab sth in the middle of the night if hungry. Kitchen was well equipped and we had oranges for free all day. The hostel is located right in the center of the city and has plenty of restaurants, public transportation and a supermarket close by. Despite its central location it is very quiet and relaxing. The nice kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook meals is a great plus. A stylish colonial style hostel with all you would need. Location was great, staff helpful and the atmosphere was cozy! The terrace they have is perfect to chill and have a nice conversation. And a park that is near by is like a tropical jungle! Was a short, but lovely stay.
